How long will it take to receive your order? The UPS service map below shows the transit time from Cierra in Everett, WA to your location via UPS Ground.
USPS Priority Mail will usually take 2-4 business days for delivery after your package has shipped and is trackable in transit although delivery time is not guaranteed.
The Delivery Confirmation bar code may or may not be scanned when the Postal Service receives the package, but it is scanned when the package is delivered.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are added to the order total and are based on weight and distance from our warehouse in Everett, WA. Shipping options and estimated rates are quoted for comparison before and during checkout online. USPS and UPS are our preferred shippers, however we reserve the right to choose another carrier if necessary. We offer standard Ground and expedited shipping via UPS as well as USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1 to 6 business days for ground transit. 1, 2, or 3-day shipping options will not decrease the order processing time, but offer expedited delivery once the order has left our warehouse. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified.
What to do if you do not receive your package: If you check tracking and your tracking information says that your package has been delivered, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. If they verify it has been delivered, please check with a neighbor or if you are in an apartment complex, your building manager. If they are unable to track down the package, you need to open a claim either with USPS, or UPS. After a package leaves our facility, we have no control over where it goes. If tracking shows that it has not been delivered after two weeks (business days only), then please contact us and we will file a claim and send out another package.
Free Shipping - Free shipping,on qualifying products, is offered on orders over $100.00 that are shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. The qualifying order total is the subtotal of all products purchased before any sales taxes, if applicable, or shipping charges are applied.Wax, Additives, Containers, Scales, Equipment, Soap base, are not eligible for free shipping. The price of these items, however, is included toward the qualifying order total, and all other items in the order will ship for free. Look for the(Eligible for FREE Shipping) Icon on products to determine if they will ship for free.
Flat Rate Shipping - the rate for this method of shipping is $9.49 for orders of 6 lbs or less and Cierra determines how the package will be shipped based on the contents of the order. Any orders with low flashpoint oils will be sent UPS ground.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US - We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, France, Germany, Greece, Cyprus and New Zealand. We add international countries on a case by case basis. Please note, shipping costs outside the US are EXTREMELY high. We have no control over this. The best shipping option to use is US Mail. Their rates tend to be a little lower. We make every effort to use Priority Mail International Flat Rate shipping to keep the costs down.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES - Packages are sent to the "Ship To" address provided when the order is submitted. If the address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so the correction can be made before the package is shipped, since a $5.00 address correction fee is charged by the shipping carrier (UPS, etc.). If the carrier-corrected address is different than the "Ship To" information provided to us, the customer will be charged for the fee.
Do not accept damaged packages from the carrier! All orders leave our warehouse carefully packaged and sealed, and the carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. If a package arrives damaged, the receiving customer must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days. If you have accepted the delivery, be sure to keep ALL packaging materials and contents for inspection by the carrier. Notify us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your claims. If the package itself it not damaged, but the contents are, please send us photographs of the box/packaging and the items inside that are damaged. We will replace those damaged items, but are unable to do so without photographs.
RETURNS - Unused merchandise in original packaging, excluding fragrance oils, may be returned within 30 days. If items are returned because of defect or error on our part, the items will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. Restocking fees will vary depending on what merchandise is returned. Restock fees generally start at $5 and go as high as $25. Orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer, and returned by the carrier, will be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
For Sanitary Reasons, Fragrance oils cannot be returned. If you are unsure if you will like the fragrance, or if it will work in your application, please order the 1 oz Sample Size and test first. Soap bases can only be returned if they are unopened, and the seals have not been broken. Due to sanitary issues, we can not accept returns in any other condition.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Worldwide Express. Rates are calculated on checkout. For Canadian orders, customer is responsible for GST (taxes). All other shipping and return policies are the same as US.
