Usage
For lotions and soaps use >01% or less for very pale shades. For medium shades .05% - .1%. For Dark Shades - .3%
Please note: the desired shade may be affected by the opacity of your product and by the fragrance you are using. Some fragrances can react with the colorants and result in a brownish or grayish cast. It is very important to test!
The recommended temperature for working with these dyes is under 180 F. These dyes are designed to be extremely soluble in water and should not require extensive mixing.
Glycerin based dye is fully soluble in water based products and should NOT be used in in oil-based products like wax or gel candles. Dyes come in 1/2 oz. amber bottles with eye dropper for easy dispensing.
