Super Violet Mica

Adds a beautiful pearlescent violet sheen  to your projects. This is an interference pigment and will not appear to have much color until you add it to a background.  When added to white soap, it will have a beautiful shimmer and pearlescent color. Add a drop of liquid dye to this mica and watch your products absolutely glow!  Works great for both cold process and melt and pour soaps. For cold process soap, use 1/2 teaspoon per pound. Combine the mica with a light oil (sweet almond or sunflower for example) at a rate of about 1 Tbs of oil to 1 tsp of mica. Add the color mixture at trace. For Melt and Pour soap, wet the mica with rubbing alcohol until a slurry is made (about 1:1 ratio). Add the slurry to the melted soap and stir.
