Bokek Dead Sea salts are very dry and absorb essential oils with ease, which enables them to be released into the bath water as they dissolve. As a result, the Bokek Dead Sea salt is an excellent choice for high quality bath salts and scrubs as it will hold your oils better. You can easily make the salt smaller grain by running it through a food processor or blender until it reaches the consistency you are looking for. This Dead Sea Salt is very hydroscopic (meaning it absorbs moisture easily), so it is important to store your salt in an air tight container in order to avoid clumping.

For deep therapy bath, it is recommended to use 4 cups in a regular size bath tub.  Soak for 20 - 30 minutes. Deep therapy baths should only be done once or twice a month, be sure to drink lots of water! For every day baths, 1 to 2 c of salt is plenty.
